Oyster Cell for Specac Pearl - ZnSe, 25 µm, Wedge

This Oyster Cell has interchangable windows made of zinc selenide, a path length of 25 µm, and a wedge configuration. It is used in transmission analysis of liquid and volatile samples in the near and mid-infrared ranges. This cell works exclusively with the Pearl Liquid Analyzer (L6310250/L6310251).

Oyster cells come in multiple path lengths, offer a choice of cell window materials, and have either a parallel or wedged configuration. These cells are comprised of two halves (top and bottom). The bottom half determines the path length. The design of the Oyster cells provides accurate repeatable path lenghts, while allowing for easy sample handlings and cleaning between applications.
