Stable recombinant cell line expressing the opioid NOP (ORL1). Human Recombinant, in HEK293 host cell. We provide: Two vials of the recombinant cell line as frozen cells; Detailed product information including sequence, cell line properties, culture conditions, pharmacological properties of the recombinant receptor in binding and functional assays (cAMP). Aequorin is a photo protein originating from the jellyfish Aequorea Victoria. The apo-enzyme (apoaequorin) is a 21 kD protein, which requires a hydrophobic prosthetic group, coelenterazine, to be converted to aequorin,the active form of the enzyme. This enzyme possesses 3 calcium binding sites which control its activity.
