Radian Remote Monitoring is included in your instruments warranty and can be extended beyond the first year with select OneSource instrument contracts.
For customers who are not Radian-enabled, we are able to use PC-based and mobile device based remote capabilities to evaluate and potentially solve your issue.
Using Rescue by LogMeIn for PC-enabled systems, we can remotely see what’s happening in real time, often giving us the details we need to walk you through a fix.
